Publisher’s Policy
MGSHPA’s “Ringer Digest” is
the official newsletter of the Minnesota Gopher State Horseshoe Pitchers’
Association. Five issues are published annually. The annual subscription dues
are included with state membership. Non member’s subscription rates are $10.00
per year. All subscriptions, renewals, payments, and changes of address must be
sent directly to the MGSHPA Sec/Treas/Mem Director:

The Editor reserves the right to accept or reject any
letter, article, photo, or advertising material. All submissions are subject to
editing, available space, and must be received by the 10th of the
month preceding the date of issue.
The Editor encourages advertising, and will assist in
formatting and designing. All ads accepted must be pre-paid, and is not
necessarily an endorsement of the advertiser or the featured product or
service.
